5 WAYS TO PROTECT YOUR EYES WHEN EXPOSURE TO BLUE LIGHT

- Apply the 20 – 20 – 20 rule
To avoid eyestrain and headaches, children’eye need to be relax by giving their eyes a break every 20 minutes to see 20 feet (~6 meters) away.
- Sit in the correct posture while studying
